Abby Elliott has been raised by her parents in Wilton in Connecticut. The mother of Abby Elliott, Paula Niedert is a talent consultant, and her father Chris Elliott an actor and comedian. She is also the granddaughter of radio personality Bob Elliott. As a child Elliott was a performer in school plays and musicals. After Immaculate High School she went to Marymount Manhattan College. But in the beginning of the semester of her studies, she was she was in New York City.
